Trainer's Pack
This document was born out of the frustration of new Trainers who discovered that there was a great deal of information available to help with the mechanics of training Registrars, but which took a lot of effort and time to find. It is an attempt to bring together into one place as much information as possible, or ease of access to that information, with the following key aims:
- To promote excellence
- To reduce the risk of anything being overlooked
- To free up as much time as possible for trainers to train
- To reduce duplication and make life easier!
Clearly it will not be able to cover everything and more questions will crop up over time. It will always be a work in progress and ever changing, but it's a start, and if you notice anything that is wrong, or has changed, or has been omitted and would be useful to include - please let us know at reading.vts@royalberkshire.nhs.uk .
